Metro von San Pedro is a beautiful 12 month old German Shepherd. We got a call from someone who showed up at our kennel down town, the person was so hoping for some help. He had found a German Shepherd "tied up to the Metro line". We aren’t sure of the circumstances but we knew a sweet dog needed our help. Metro is a great dog, very gentle and well behaved. We introduced him to a room full of cats; they think he passed the cat test. They all came out and wanted to rub up against him, Metro sniffed nose to nose. I think we would want to do one more test when Metro is a little more comfortable. He is good with other dogs and definitely a sweetie with people. He knows the command to sit, if you have a treat in your hand, he remembers even quicker. He seems like a wonderful and gentle all around family dog.
